General Manager- Admin & Marketing

We’re seeking a young, promising, positive candidate who has liking for high creativity, web designing, graphics and is good on presentation skills. Responsible and in-charge of all our online and social media…………. development, management and regular updation. Should have excellent presentation skills and great hand on graphic designing.

In this newly created role, you will report to the Broker of Record and work closely with real estate agents and admin team.

As Social Media Manager’s main responsibility is managing the online representation of the company and its agents through social networks, such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. You would also be responsible for development, management and regular updation of company website and that of the agents as well.

You will be required to create and promote the content and develop the strategy and tactics behind the content, in line with managements expectations and goals. You will help build the brand identity online through content and visuals that are representative of the company and its products or services.

What you’ll do
  • You will be responsible for creating original text and photo content, managing posts, and responding to followers, assisting with day-to-day IT issues.
  • We expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
  • Design, market, and manage “Executive “website and of all associated agents.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) for all aspects our business/services.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Assist/Handle in-office IT issues, troubleshoot issues and find resolutions.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design, keeping it up to date with local trends for services provided.
Who you are and what you bring?
  • 4+ years experience in social media marketing.
  • Experience in running advertising campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok. Must have experience of handling independent campaigns and paid promotions.
  • Experience with social media content creation and website development
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building and growing brands on social media.
  • Facebook/paid media certifications are an added value.
  • Experience in email marketing strategies, including workflows
  • Passion for social media marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
